At Hello Flowers!, we’ve seen how flowers and nature have a gentle way of slowing life down — of inviting us to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Our Therapeutic Floral and Nature-Based Public Workshops offer a calm space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through the simple, grounding act of creating with nature.

Whether you’re arranging a bouquet, planting a little pot of greens, or working with preserved blooms, each session is designed to be easy, restorative, and full of warmth.

You don’t need to know anything about flowers — just come as you are. Our facilitators will guide you gently, creating space for you to explore, express, and find joy in the process.
