About the Experience

At Hello Flowers!, we believe that flowers and nature hold the quiet power to connect people — across generations, backgrounds, and abilities.

Our Therapeutic Floral and Nature-Based Community Programs bring this experience to life through inclusive, restorative sessions designed for seniors, caregivers, persons with additional needs, children, and youth. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to meet the unique needs of every group, creating safe and welcoming spaces for connection, self-expression, and joy.

Whether it’s a senior rediscovering memories through scent, a caregiver taking a moment to rest, or a student learning patience and empathy through planting — these programs remind us that growth can happen in the simplest of ways.

We work closely with social service agencies, care centres, schools, and community partners to design experiences that promote engagement, learning, and well-being through nature.

Why Participants Love it

Accessible and inclusive for all

Thoughtfully adapted for different needs, ages, and abilities — from preschoolers to seniors.

Encourages social connection and joy

Flowers naturally bring people together — through touch, colour, and shared experiences.

Supports emotional and cognitive well-being

Gentle, sensory-based activities that engage the mind, heart, and memory.

Brings nature to those who need it most

Every workshop offers a moment of calm, dignity, and beauty — especially for communities who may not often experience it.

Our School Programs

Our school-based sessions use the same therapeutic horticulture approach to support students’ social-emotional learning and holistic well-being.

Through hands-on floral and planting activities, students learn mindfulness, teamwork, and empathy — discovering how caring for plants can also mean caring for themselves and their peers.

Each session blends creativity, reflection, and play, encouraging curiosity and emotional growth in a supportive environment.

Perfect for preschools, primary and secondary schools, or youth groups seeking meaningful, nature-based experiences.

🌿 When children slow down to notice nature, they learn presence, patience, and kindness.
